AdamIS Tech is not liable for any correspondence from email address (es) other than the ones followed by our own domain and/or any toll free number that is not mentioned on our website. To maintain quality and workflow efficiency, projects require ongoing collaboration. If a project remains inactive for an extended period, it may need reactivation before continuing.

If the client is unsatisfied with the work at any point, they must immediately notify our Project Manager. We will review your concern and enhance your digital products through iterative revisions to ensure it better aligns with your expectations, based on the scope of your selected package.

Delivery Policy

  • Timely payments: A project is not considered to be void if the agreed upon / listed dues are not clear.
  • Timely communication from the client: AdamIs Tech is not bound by the Terms of Use. The client must provide timely information for successful completion of the project.

  • Completeness of information provided by the client: AdamIs Tech is not liable to meet its delivery and/or refund commitments if the client fails to provide complete information/scope of the project to AdamIS Tech at the initial stage of the project.
  • AdamIS Tech keeps a record of your finalized design once we provide you the final files. If you require the final files again in the future we can send them to you at your request.

Delivery Policy

In any case, unless AdamIS Tech cancels or terminates your contract for a cause other than your breach or non-performance, deposited payment for a project will not be refunded after delivery if the initial design is approved or a revision is requested. Refund claims will be processed in accordance with the following schedule:


  • The refund offer is nullified and refund requests are not accepted once we get your approval at the initial stage.
  • After 120 hours of your initial delivery, no refund requests will be accepted. However, since we aim to provide complete customer satisfaction, you are welcome to get in touch with us if you have any questions.
  • The customer support department should be notified of any refund requests. AdamIS Tech reserves the right to accept or reject your request on a case-by-case basis, based on the violation of your user agreement.
  • A valid reason for a refund request must be supported by the contract and client input regarding changes. A refund will not be accepted unless an idea has not been delivered in accordance with the brief; nonetheless, modifications will be offered until complete satisfaction.
  • The money-back guarantee is applicable upon the order being placed in good faith. We do not consider it fair practice if you work with multiple companies for the same scope with the intent to claim refunds. We reserve the right to reject a refund request in such circumstances.
  • It is only just that the client engages and provides feedback in order to get the intended outcomes, as all projects require client feedback prior to completion.
  • After more than 60 days of inactivity, your project will be discontinued and their resources will be allocated to other projects. In case of re-activation, the client needs to pay 50% of the project amount plus handling fee to get the resources re-allocated towards the project.
  • If our concept is considered to be significantly similar to another concept that may already exist, you are entitled to a re-draw under our 100% unique design guarantee. Any similarity to an already-existing idea will only be a coincidence, and AdamIS Tech will not take any liability or make any claims for compensation. The client is responsible for obtaining copyright protection for their project.

Following the reimbursement, AdamIS Tech would obtain your project rights, and you would be restricted from displaying any version of it that the company had given. Additionally, let's specify that:


  • As the project rights will now be transferred to the company, you acknowledge that you will not have any (direct or indirect) rights to use any response or other content, work product, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.
  • In order to prevent future reuse of the refunded project as original, AdamIS Tech would collaborate with Government Copyright Agencies to share copyright acquisition information.
